For those runners who keep track of their mileage, calories and pace
while listening to their iPod at the same time theNike+feature
is perfect. Being able to keep track of everything just by listening
to your music makes life so simple, not having to deal with remembering
any numbers or the distance around the neighborhood allows you to run
with ease. Having NikePlus.com at your finger tips with the ability to
track all your runs ensures greater accuracy as well as motivation to
continue working hard. If that doesn't motivate you, being able to
compete with friends or strangers in different parts of the world
certainly could. My favorite part about the Nike+ feature is that
almost every shoe Nike makes now will be + capable. Whether you
want the fashion aspect and choose to run in a Shox or you want to have
a technical shoe and choose to run in a Structure Triax, the options
are endless. For those runners who don't have an Ipod, Nike now offers
a wrist band with a USB to track all the information from the sensor,
which you can just plug into your computer after your run. I would
recommend the Nike+ system to any runner out there, just remember
that the Nike+ system is only 100% accurate when using Nike+
Shoes. When putting the sensor into a shoe pouch on top of your shoe,
or cutting a hole in the sole of the shoe, the + system will not be
accurate!

I quit my gym because of Nike Plus… It’s like having your own personal trainer… It’s so motivating… I love it!!!!
I really enjoy the ability to compete with people across the world! I have a friend who lives in Pittsberg and we challenge each other quite frequently. Although she is always ahead of me, I still push myself to try to compete!
