I can't imagine what could be better then an "old
classic" shoe and new technology. Sometimes when shoes are upgraded
or the model changes, the shoe doesn't feel right like it did in the
past. Nike did a fabulous job making sure that didn't happen with the new
Air Max+ 2009 running shoe. I’m sure many people have had a pair
since the first Air
Max came out in 1987 and there have been many styles since then. In
1995 Nike decided to have more Max Air in the forefoot instead of just the heel
which was a hit to consumers. Two years later in 1997, Nike made the
first full length air. Mind you this still included the PU foam not just
the air pocket which is the difference between the Air Max and the Air Max
360. The Air Max 360 came out in 2006 and just skyrocketed off the
shelves. I myself own 3 pair and I love them to death. And now in 2009,
the Air Max comes back with the new technology of the times. Not only does the
shoe have the infamous Max Air throughout the shoe from heel to toe, but it
also has the PU midsole. Which makes the shoe that much softer then the
360! Not to mention that the Air Max+ 2009 is Nike+ ready, which means grab your iPod and hit the track! The 360 is not Nike+
ready, making another point as to why the Air Max+ 2009 is full of new
technology. The newest technology to the Air Max+ 2009 has got to be the
Flywire upper. Flywire is going to give you a total surround support along the
sides and across the top of the foot. Having the lacing system being
integrated with the Flywire makes the shoe feel snug and supportive.
This shoe has made an
incredible journey since 1987 and can only continue to be fabulous! If you want
a soft shoe with lots of support I recommend trying the Air Max+ 2009, I mean
who wouldn't want the newest and greatest shoe with the most recent technology?
