| I now have run 18 miles and next week on April 4th will run 20 miles. I have been keeping the pace of 10 minutes a mile. There are times I just want to give up and say just do half nobody will know. I'm tired I can't do it. Then I think about the goal 26 miles all the time and training just do it! I need to take my supplements. Try not to compare yourselves to others on how far and fast they can run. Do the best that you can. They say it's better to run with someone to encourage each other. I personally run by myself for the fact that everyone has different schedules. As always remember if you're running triple digits I suggest taking an ice bath. When you take a bath wear a t-shirt and fill the bath with cold water and ice and sit in it for 15 minutes. It will help your muscles on your feet and legs not be so sore. Don't fill the water too high just below the waist. |
