Just received a new Mtn. Bike Frame from Marin. I have been waiting anxiously for this frame because my current Marin Bike is sized large, and I needed an XL. The XL was not available when I got my first Mount Vision Quad XC in early 2007. I thought I would take a second to talk about what an incredible ride this full suspension bike offers. See the following:

The Quad XC has a very progressive feel throughout the whole range of travel on the Fox RP23 rear suspension.
The suspension adapts very quickly to all trail conditions. You can be coming off stutter bumps into a rock garden with ease.
The rear wheel tracks fantastically over small hits.
You feel very little bob while pedaling, and the overall traction is excellent.
I have yet to bottom out the rear suspension; however, I am not a super aggressive rider. I like to finesse the trail rather than straight-line it.
